I picked up a car rental from here on Thursday, and went to return it the next Monday morning, and there was a sign on the door that they are permanently closed and I need to drop it off in lynbrook. Would have been nice if you gave me a heads-up, so that I don't waste my whole morning
I had a reservation for one day. When I got there Saturday the place was closed. I called customer service (located in the Philippines) they told me no location had a car for me. They also charged me for an unlimited option for tolls from my last rental without my authorization. I only went over I bridge once.
I made a reservation for 11:30am and I showed up at 11:36am and the doors were locked. But they were advertised to close at 12pm. Such an inconvenience!!!!
This location has improved tremendously. They now have more cars available and the staff is a real pleasure! Harry greeted me with a warm smile and was eager to help. He thanked me for my Presidents Circle loyalty and had me in an awesome car within minutes. Thank you Harry & Hertz Inwood, I’ll be returning real soon :)
