The only thing good about this location is that it was close to my house. I have rented from here 3 times but won't anymore. The staff here are mediocre at best. They don't look to make your rental experience enjoyable. The first time I rented, there was a couple ahead of me that had reserved a small car. The staff told them they don't have that size of a car but they could pay double to get a bigger size. (They believe a Chevy Malibu is an upgrade). I reserved an EV specifically online from this location. I can in about an hour early and they said they wouldn't have it until the time of my reservation (no problem). I come back at the time of my reservation only for them to say they don't have any EVs and they could put me in another car but not discounted from the EV price. The staff also had a HORRIBLE attitude and acted like it was my fault for even thinking I should get the kind of car I reserved.
