Had to redo this review, this place tries to come up left and right. First they gave me the wrong receipt, and that caused lots of problems and then I had turned in the car and they were still bothering me for it and trying to charge me for days that I didn't have it. Lots of phone calls lots of b.s. it was a big hassle.
Have used Hertz a couple times. Excellent customer service. Definitely be back
The only thing good about this location is that it was close to my house. I have rented from here 3 times but won't anymore. The staff here are mediocre at best. They don't look to make your rental experience enjoyable. The first time I rented, there was a couple ahead of me that had reserved a small car. The staff told them they don't have that size of a car but they could pay double to get a bigger size. (They believe a Chevy Malibu is an upgrade).
