The process getting the rental & extending it when needed wasn’t a problem. The problem came when drop off times is listed for 5 but they closed at 5! On the window it showed drop box sign and arrow .. so not only myself but 5 other people showed up everyone looking around the building to find the drop box. None in site. Well looked as if there was. Either taken down or stolen. So that left me to call customer service.. I call let them know the situation. If I could rate 0 stars I would. So unbelievably unprofessional. They called me 30 minutes before I was scheduled to pick up my rental on a Friday at 4pm to make matters worse so I had no time to figure something else out to let me know that they didn’t have a vehicle in the class I reserved my reservation under & would not honor the price I reserved for with another vehicle so was left SOL. Do NOT rent from them, chose enterprise they are by far superior.
Everyone is always so nice, cars are always clean, and the manager Shawn is a great manager! He always tries his best to assist you, he stands up for his staff, and does his best to ensure that customers leave happy! Thank you for all you do!
These people took my money and canceled my reservation. When I tried to call, some guy named Shawn left me on hold for three hours.
