Hertz Car Rental - Idabel - Southeast Washington Street

Rented a car a week ahead of time and the person wasn't even there at the Autoplex to get the car. The people working at the Autoplex called the Hertz rep and even though the reservation was for 10am, she wasn't planning on walking in until 1pm. She got defensive and had only excuses.

We booked a car thru Expedia , and when we got there they had no cars , worst place ever don’t trust them anything !!!!

Horrible service. Didn't even have car for us even though we had a reservation & then we were given a van that was filthy dirty & told it wasn't her problem...
