The car is got a leak in the tire so every other day u have to put air in it plus it smells like a smoke factory and the sign clearly says no smoking

I only gave a one because there is not a zero…The worst car rental experience I have had ever had…The rudest person ever and don’t know what the hell she is doing…Had a appointment at three and stood in the rain for someone to show up…Ridiculous….the place is raggedy as can be truly a dump…I will never go back!!!!

My wife first talked to them and was told they didn't have any cars. She called the next day, then was told they did and wasn't sure why we were told they didn't. We drove over there to pick up the car then was told our bank card won't work there because our bank considers them a liability. That's a red flag. Plus the place looked like a shack. My wife was ignored when she came in and then the lady at the desk was still talking on her personal phone. Don't waste your time go to enterprise.

Maybe I picked the wrong day to call about a rental, and definitely one from this location because what I got was not very helpful. Here is a bit of unsolicited advise for those answering phones at this business: your attitude can make or break the overall customer experience. I will spend my money elsewhere from now on. The star is only so I could leave a review and in no way reflects any level of satisfaction with my experience.
