Yesterday, we reserved a car from this location for an overnight business trip. When we got to the Hertz in Florence, we were told they didn't accept the only credit card we had. The card was issued by our bank. The employee said that the local Hertz was having a legal dispute with the bank and was not accepting cards from that bank. We had reserved the car online and there was nothing online about not accepting our card. We even used that same card to reserve the car.
