No credit card no car. Stuck here in Kentucky
They canceled my reservation twice and I didn’t know until I had driven an hour to the office. The representative was rude, and unwilling to give me another car. I had a business trip planned and their incompetence ruined my trip. Don’t book a car with them if you want to get where you need to.
