The key fob battery showed that it is low. We were told they could not exchange it there in Houston, we would have to our rental station in Dallas to get it exchanged. Would give them zero stars for this, but that’s not an option.
Scam! This location will not rent you a car if you make any sort of online reservation. They will claim they don’t have a car so they can upsell you if you come in. Had to file a chargeback to get my money back. Insane. Do NOT book anything here.
Staff was rude. Forced to pay extra because they didn’t hold the car I reserved. Will not use again.
Total scam!! Do not rent from this place! They immediately tried to upsell everyone, saying the car you booked is unavailable and there will be a surcharge. Then they won’t let you cancel. Extremely rude. I had to call Visa to get my $$$ back. There’s an enterprise about a block away go there instead.
