Was great renting the car, but now that I have to drop it off these people don't want to answer the phone. I needed to drop it off after hours and was calling to find out if they allowed for this but they just ignore your calls. Now I have late fees accumulating for it. I'm never using Hertz again and I truly hope corporate checks out this location for quality control. Use Enterprise y'all, they have never treated me this way.

Don't pick up the phone during business hours, making you have to drive up there to find employees standing around.
The customer service here is horrible! I reserved a car online and when I got there by Uber, 45 mins away, they told me they didn’t have my car and it was nothing they could do. Didn’t offer me another car. Didn’t offer to refer me to another Hertz. Just shrugged their shoulders and kept looking at their phones. The manager was there also and didn’t offer to help at all. Very dissatisfied. Would not recommend.
This place deserves NO stars they literally do not care about their customers! For one let’s start off with DO NOT rent from here they are scammers. Every time I look up money is being deducted out of my fathers account for no reason, absolutely no explanation AT ALL. Two weeks later they have their car back and they are still taking money out of his account!
