Tundi was great! His customer experience restored my faith in Hertz customer service
I was set up with a reservation through my insurance. I have been calling all day, repeatably. I have been hung up on and sent to voicemail everytime I have called. Can't even leave a voicemail as it is full. I even tried calling the call center and they could not even get the store location to answer. I chose Hertz hoping to have a better experience than I had with another big chain. I can easily say I have been terribly dissappinted. I may just call the insurance company and move my reservation to another provider.

Piss poor REPLACE the entire staff!! If I could give them a FAT 0 . I would .
I reserved a car. I drive for uber. Got to the location. They said they didn't have the car I reserved available. I asked why didn't I receive a call or text. Stated I should have received a robo text. Only had EV vehicles. Had to get a ride back home. Looked at my messages. I received the text while I was in the place waiting for the car. Very disappointed
