Terrible customer service. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t honor their commitments on their reservations. Managers give the run around and have zero accountability. I’ve been beyond loyal to Hertz and hold their highest status for my commitment to them, yet when I simply ask for what they committed to doing, they don’t hold up their end of the bargain.
DO NOT visit this place! This is my second time trying to get a car. I went in with my confirmation reservation number, but was told there were no cars available once again. The employee, Ryan, was rude, dismissive, and never even looked at my confirmation. Moments later, I witnessed a white couple arrive and without issue he was able to get them a car. Cannot believe I just got to this location, told them that I was coming, with lots of traffic he made sure to tell me he closed at 5:30 and I told him that I’m on my way just a couple of minutes and we ran into traffic. We get there at At 5:33 door is locked nobody in sight. And to top it off, he answers the phone hello, and then I had to ask if I was even calling Hertz rental! Will never rent from them again horrible service and the guy there was very rude.!!!
The older blonde female that works here is extremely rude. After my experience with her rudeness, I decided to just walk the half a mile down the road to enterprise to get a car. They were actually fantastic. When I went to pick up my truck at the service center of the car dealership that recommended hertz, I let them know that they should never recommend hertz and advised of how rude that woman is.
