Excellent Service Team with a limited selection of vehicles
I visited Hertz in Houston this morning to pick up my rental. They did give me the exact model I reserved, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised to find that the car was extremely dirty , probably the dirtiest rental I’ve ever received. I rent vehicles quite often, and while I happen to be a Hertz President’s Circle member and also an Enterprise Plus Platinum member, I want to make it clear that I didn’t ask for any kind of upgrade or special treatment.
