I’d leave zero stars if I could. Was told I’d be getting a free upgrade while I was in LA for work. Only to get back and see I was charged $55 a day for the upgrade. I would have never agreed to $55 a day when I was told it was free. Won’t ever be using hertz again and I’m a gold member.
Nobody was there the 3 times I showed so I just rented with Enterprise instead. They answered their phone and was eager to help.
