Absolutely the worst rental experience I’ve ever had at Hertz Hollywood, FL (2230 Pembroke Rd). I called ahead, confirmed the car was available, and was told yes. When I arrived, they refused to rent to me because it was “same-day” and they don’t take debit. I gave both debit and credit, and they still refused. Manager Jackie Stephens laughed in my face and refused over ten times to spell his name, repeating: “No, I don’t have to spell my name for you.
