I appreciate the Holland Watertower location as it is handy for me and they always help me get the best vehicle for my needs. My last several cars were perfect and affordable. My last rental I asked for a mid-size with good features and milage. Features were very good (including sun roof) and mileage was between 45-50mpg! Will keep going here for future rentals for sure.

I needed a rental car after an accident and was having trouble with another company. My insurance booked me with Hertz, and Jacob (one of the managers) really came through. He checked local branches and found me a car, even though I had to drive about two hours to the Kalamazoo Airport location. The team there, including another helpful staff member, gave me a nearly new vehicle with very low miles. I truly appreciate the effort and service—thank you, Jacob and the Hertz team.

Kamran is a rockstar at this location. After a slight hiccup, he was able to make everything right. I travel for a living (president’s circle member) and it’s rare to see the level of service that he provided. Thanks! Matt V

Jacob Yates spent a lot of time assisting me as I was trying to rent a car near Midway Airport in Chicago. The final leg of my son’s family flight was canceled and there were no cars available in Illinois. Jacob did his best to help me search all the possible Hertz locations. I appreciated his willing, friendly assistance.
