Jacob was very accommodating. The location is not the best it can be, but Jacob does the best he can to make sure customers are happy. I feel that vehicles should be inspected and cleaned when they are returned. Also, the store itself could be a little more tidy and cleaned

Just needed a vehicle to get from A to B while my truck was in the shop. Service was excellent on the phone and then in their facility. Good conversation with good people, great deal on a nice little suv that will fill my need well and not break the bank. A couple miles down the road are the best burgers in the state (maybe, i haven’t found better I my 46 years as a Michigander) at Franks in Zeeland. Thanks guys at Hertz for making a loyal Enterprise customer switch..

I had twice rental car experiences with Hertz. First time I was stranded in Chicago because my driver was sick. So I had to get a rental car back to Michigan. Hertz made my car rental and return smoothly. Then the second time I needed a rental car I chose Hertz without a doubt. I couldn’t make it to the Holland Hertz location before close time, but Jacob made it happen. He waited for me after hours. He provided excellent services not only to myself but some other customers.
