Make sure you check your receipt they charged me $75 for an outside car wash upon return when the car was solely on the road for 3 days.
Nothing but good experiences at Hertz on water tower Court in Holland, Michigan, Cameron and his staff are a pleasure to work with.
Picked up our rental at the GRR airport, sadly our truck reeked of cigarettes! Wished we switched it out from the start but we just needed it for a day. Tried to get a hold of someone at the airport location but no luck. Finally spoke to Cameron at the Holland location. We wanted to make sure they didn't hold our deposit because we didnt say anything sooner.
