Booked a one way trip, the other office was rude didn’t have the information correct. I went in to drop off the vehicle, Jacob Yates was absolutely fantastic and gave great customer service, he listened and got us taken care of. Thank you so much 😊

I’ve rented from this office several times over the past year and they always go above and beyond. I requested a hybrid this last time because I would be driving a long distance and not only did Jacob give me a hybrid, he upgraded me to a luxury SUV for the same rental price.
