Absolute disaster. Reserved a car online was then told I had to use a credit card when I used a debit card. Still took my money. Had to then pay again and they never refunded me having called four times after my trip. Never use them.
Female representative who was working behind the counter on Sunday 5/4 shouldn’t be in a customer service role. Rude, dismissive and could care less….
Derek was very polite and helpful. We will definitely return. Would recommend Hertz over every other brand.
