Ruth runs this place and is amazing. Her customer service is spot on and she goes above and beyond to make customer lives easier. Thank you Hertz for keeping people like her on board!
No intentions of using them again before but only option on this second go around. We saw there was no additional cost if car was available/ready (couldn’t verify over the phone since they never answered) but apparently although the car was said to be ready - not the case with this location quoting an extra $90 for early pick up. The most frustrating part was we come back at original scheduled pick up and no rep is found nor answering provided phone number.
