I booked an SUV for 1 day to take my family to my father's funeral. I already used my card online to book the vehicle and was refused when I came to pick it up because I had a bank card. Thank you Hertz for your kindness in people need.
This is my first review in my life. It was the terrible rental experience ever. They do not accept the international driver's license. And, they do not have enough choices of car. I had to pick up minivan rather than full-size car that I wanted to. The minivan was even smelly and dirty. An agent told me that the agency is not HERTZ!!, but just a local agency using the name of Hertz. If you expect the quality service of Hertz, do not use the agency.
