TERRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I made a reservation since Feb 6th for our family vacation for Sping Break from April 8th-17th. They waited until today, April 6th, to call me and inform there were no 7 passenger mini-vans and offered a 5 passenger car.So what am I supposed to do with my two other passengers?! This is so upsetting because now there are now mini vans in the area and rental pricings are higher. They need to have better management especially when reservations are made months in advance. Billy picked up the phone when I called and he was amazing! Super professional kind, nice and pleasant and I still can’t believe I got a ride from Lyft over there. Selena was also amazing and professional. I highly recommend renting a car from them if ever needed.
