Polite employees and very nice cars. Lot is easy to get in and out of. Highly recommend
If I could give it zero stars. Reserved via Priceline which told me it was Dollar. Drove 45 minutes to pick up vehicle and got lost because couldn't find Dollar. We called at 4:50 to ask where they were. We were close by and told them we would be there in 5 minutes. We confirmed our reservation with a somewhat rude person at the location. We arrived a few minutes before 5 and nobody was there. We drove back home 45 minutes. Poor customer service. Dude was worthless. Had no interest in helping me.
We rented two cars a month ahead for our vacation trip however, two days before our trip, they call us and said that they have no van for us. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. This is a serious lack of reliability and for inventory management. Now we're stuck dealing with their mistake at the worst possible time.
