Rude staff and ridiculous overcharging. Follow Up to Owner's Response (12-Sep-24) I had to keep this car for 7 weeks instead of two due to smash repairs taking longer. As a result, I needed to transport my dog on 2 short return trips (once to the vet and once to a dogsitter, 5 minutes each way both times).
