Short Summary of our very bad experience: We got our car 45 min late due to a mistake of Hertz. Horn of the car didn’t work either which almost caused an accident. Therefore I requested a discount on our booking which was not admitted. Staff at the counter was also not really helpful and did not apologise for the mistake. I would rather avoid booking here again.

We chose to rent a vehicle from Hertz because I was under the impression that I would probably get a better experience and service if I went with a reputable car rental company even though they were not the cheapest. Unfortunately, this was not the case… We hired a nice SUV for a 7 day period and I received a phone call from Hertz asking me to return the car on Day 2 because it was overdue for a service. The lady in the counter is really kind and helpful. The time of getting the car and steps of returning it is also very easy as well

Absolutely stunning service. Hertz Airport HB go above and beyond to ensure customers come first. I use them regularly for work and they continue to impress.
