We chose to rent a vehicle from Hertz because I was under the impression that I would probably get a better experience and service if I went with a reputable car rental company even though they were not the cheapest. The lady in the counter is really kind and helpful. The time of getting the car and steps of returning it is also very easy as well

Absolutely stunning service. Hertz Airport HB go above and beyond to ensure customers come first. I use them regularly for work and they continue to impress.

Rude staff and ridiculous overcharging. Follow Up to Owner's Response (12-Sep-24) I had to keep this car for 7 weeks instead of two due to smash repairs taking longer. As a result, I needed to transport my dog on 2 short return trips (once to the vet and once to a dogsitter, 5 minutes each way both times). When I returned the vehicle, I had vacuumed the rear of the car where the dog had been.The staff member told me that there was still dog hair everywhere (not accurate) and the extra cleaning because of this would cost $100... read more
