I highly suggest going to Hertz Hervey Bay for your next hire car. The team are amazing and service. They were very accomodating and made the whole process easy.
We had one way rental from Hervey Bay to Sunshine Coast airport which is an extra charge. Some rental companies were up to 3 times more expensive for this fee. Our experience with Hertz was friendly and hassle free.
Had hire car after a ding and then another ding in hire car, neither my fault.The Staff at Hertz where amazing, assisting all the way. Ding in hire car cost $220.00 and they offered to pursue the other driver on my behalf. Am impressed as they didn't need to go that far.
A last minute rental on a Friday afternoon. ...was a breeze. Had the car we needed, and ready to go. Great customer service with a smile. Definitely would use again if needed.
