Tony Walters, the branch manager, is outstanding. When the Madison location was unable to rent us a car due to overbooking, Tony went above and beyond to get us into a rental immediately and did not charge extra. He was able to help resolve a difficult situation quickly and professionally, and get us on the road to our vacation. I would highly recommend this location!
