Filthy rental @ Gibson Rd location in Henderson, NV. Will not rent from there again, told us we could take it to the car wash ourselves, although inside was vacuumed. No staff to wash it.
I know that car rental companies get a bad wrap from the people who leave bad reviews, but think about the millions of people they have helped over the years who never left a review. Molly D is an absolute gem and a wonderful human being to deal with!!! 10/10 in my opinion!!! I’m very happy with both of my rentals and I personally wanted to say thank you!!! Thank you Molly D!!!
They knew they wouldn't have the vehicle class I paid an extra $400 to reserve ahead of time but didn't notify me and were comfortable letting me find out last minute and trying to get me to accept less fuel efficient. They completely ruined my travel plans.
I was sent here by the dealership because my car needed work done, not only was I given a completely disgusting vehicle; the outside is covered in bug guts has a chipped windshield/paint, the inside smells like a barnyard!!!! I was also provided a gas vehicle when I drive an electric as they “didn’t have any electrics today” even though there were two sitting out front. Honestly , it helps when you're a gold member. So I highly suggest signing up for the membership if you travel a lot in rent a lot. The membership is free and the rewards received from it as well as the treatment is totally worth it. Shut out to the two agents that usually take care of me , Christina and Jenelle.
