THIS LOCATION LIES ABOUT FUEL IF YOU DO A OUT OF HOURS DROPOFF! I had to go to the airport early today and they weren't open yet, so I called customer service to see if I had to change my drop off location to the airport, and they assured me that I can just drop it off early with a full tank at the location and they would take care of it. I dropped it off with a full tank 58 minutes before they opened and did all the drop of procedures just to get charged $279 for gas. They lied and said it was dropped of with 18% tank. The team at this location in particular went above and beyond to help us out. We had previously rented from a different company which had overbooked which was very upsetting. When we went searching for a vehicle the next day we chose Hertz, and even though we had no reservation the team here helped us to get into a vehicle ASAP, which allowed us to continue our honeymoon and get on our way to the Grand Canyon. Car smelt like an ashtray and the driver's seat smelt like urine.
Horrible! Disorganized. They didn’t have the car ready when we arrive and made us wait for more than a hour to “clean the car”. They said they didn’t have restrooms and when the next client arrived they did have restrooms! The car was not clean.
