Janellee & Audrey are life savers! After a horrible experience in California with an exchange, I came to this location where I originally rented a car. Even though it was a Friday morning and I knew they would probably be sold out, I asked them to let me know if something smaller than a dodge Ram would be available. They were able to find a Niro to exchange for me and made it hassle free! Completely went from "never renting at Hertz again" to "only renting at this location." Thank you!
