TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!! The black lady that was attending me was very rude from the start, rolling her eyes and having extremely rude and bitchy attitude towards me despite me being polite and patient with her. Everything I asked her she respond angrily and annoyed, like if that’s not her job to do, and she wouldn’t offer any other solutions or anything. This location is a nightmare. The employees are rude and they stated they didn’t have a car for me even though I had a reservation. I am a presidents circle member and that doesn’t help so don’t assume loyalty is a concern to them. Locations like this are why hurtz is going out of business. The employees are so rude and don’t help you come to any sort of reconciliation. Avoid avoid avoid!!!
