Vincent was so helpful, courteous, and polite. He explained every part of the rental to us and listened to us. We were promptly served and had a car in minutes.
Office is in a dingy room that resembles a closet in the municipal airport. Employee didn't do a walk around with me to check for damage on the vehicle. Inside of the vehicle I got smells like a combination of cigarettes and who knows what else. It actually made my pants smell from sitting on the seat.
