I left an item in the car and contacted the local service desk at the airport on my way home. My item is still at the airport 1.5weeks later. I would attempt to contact ContactMe to pay for a return shipping or to say that they have taken care of the shipping. The item is the size of a credit card. It would literally cost $.25 for an envelope and $.75 for postage. I guess Hertz is unwilling to absorb that expense on my Behalf. I had an overall good experience. One small hiccup is that I was charged a young driver fee even though I should have it waived due to my AAA membership. I was able to have it refunded after a phone conversation with customer support. Otherwise, the staff were very nice and did the job quickly. The car did have 1-2 pieces of trash inside but it was clean otherwise. The car was in good working condition, easy to drive, and was more than adequate for our travel needs. Lisetta was extremely helpful and professional despite a very crowded travel day and lack of cars (which seemed to be the fault of corporate, not this location). Would rent again from this location.
