No one seems to clean cars at Hertz anymore and every car was filthy inside and out. The back seat was full of dog hairs. I didn’t notice in the dark pickup area but how did the cleaners miss it. Hertz drop off fee was obscene and doubled the rental cost.
Great experience. My reserved vehicle was available, clean and ready to roll. Appreciated the friendly people at the desk, too.
Not sure why they have three stars. Our experience was outstanding. Quick easy check-in to get our car. It was clean and full of fuel. Super easy return process. All the staff we interacted with was very friendly. When kiddo left iPods behind in the car, they happily went out to the car and found them for us. Will for sure rent from them again next time we are in town. * read the description of your car. If you are using a third row for passengers, you will have less luggage room!

Rented on 9/12/24 and received the vehicle with less than half a tank of gas. It was returned on 9/15/24 with slightly more than half a tank. I was charged for 8 gallons in a car with a gas tank capacity of 13.2 gallon (Buick Encore GX). Completely scammed out of $100. Avoid renting from this location.
