I reserved a SUV online. The next day, when I arrived to get the vehicle, the lady at the desk informed me that they only had cars. She said that she tried to call to inform me. She also said that the system is flawed, and the website does not really know what inventory is available at that specific location. There is absolutely no reason with today's technology that this should be the case. I called Enterprise, and they were able to rent me a SUV like I needed.

We had an issue on a Sunday, we called the location (which was closed) and there was a voicemail telling us to call a 1-800 number. When we called this number, the people told us the ONLY option to talk to the actual location. Which is insane, considering this location is closed on weekends and after 4pm. We could not get ANY help from corporate and the reason we rented with Hertz is that we thought we could trust this brand. They had no cars, but at least the rental agent was there. Enterprise agent never even showed up!
