Conflicting information on what to do when you drop a car off here. Do I leave the keys in the car, like one sign says, or do I follow the other instructions that says to bring the keys to the counter….the counter that has no one at it. So I dropped the keys off in a box, that I’m not quite sure was even the correct box, and now I get to wait to see if I ever get a receipt. Change your signage or provide clear instructions to folks when they pick their vehicle up.

I rented a car in Oklahoma and was told to drop the car off in York, on Market Street. When I contacted customer service about another issue , I was told to drop it off at 303 Arsenal Rd in York. Upon arrival, I saw a sign on the door that said the office was temporarily closed and to contact the Harrisburg office, no one answered the phone.
