Charged me $30/day for unlimited tolls. I said NO to PlatePass on my rental agreement, never used a toll road, but they claim that I “activated” the device during my rental. What does that even mean if I never used a toll road???
our flight was delayed till 2 PM but their worker stayed behind just to check us in. That was the best thing that ever happened to us. Thank you so much. I believe his name was John.

Horrible service. I have been waiting for over an hour just to return my rental vehicle. This is completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating. The return process should be quick and efficient, but instead I have been left waiting with no clear explanation or assistance. Very disappointed with the level of customer service.
