Beware of post-rental charges with this Hertz location. Check your credit card statements and email for up to a month after your rental. I was just charged nearly $500 for a $1.75 toll—something I couldn’t avoid and couldn’t pay in cash. Completely unreasonable.

Reserved a car through Expedia and selected the managers special. I arrived at the counter and the agent told me the car they had available was an electric. I informed him that NO Where on my reservation did it state that An electric car was an option. I also pulled up my reservation on my phone and showed it to him. He told me that a gas car was an upgrade and I would have to pay an additional $79. He said there was nothing he could do. Having few options I had to pay it. I can say from experience I've never been hit with more hidden fees after returning my car than with hertz. I can not recommend them. Seriously hertz do better.
