Had a great experience renting from the Hertz Harrisburg MDT team. The guys were great; friendly, and helpful! The car was the best I’d ever driven and super clean. Very easy to locate the rental car area from the airport and return it. 10/10

I always appreciate it when I go to pick up a car from a rental service and the person at the counter to be understanding, helpful and professional (friendliness is a bonus, not required as I can understand everyone has diiferent personality). Fast check in and car pick up via Priceline. The person at the counter was attentive as I talked her about my concerns. Too bad I dont remember her name. I would recommend this place; vehicle I was given was in great shape too 🙌🏿

Please be more careful with other people’s money. I returned the rental in less than 24 hours (23 hours, 20 minutes). Was incorrectly charged for 2 days of rental because someone in the local Middletown-Harrisburg office wrote down my return date and time as 13 hours later (literally the next day). Also, Hertz’s AI Assistant gave incorrect information, “Even though you returned your rental with a 24 hour period, Hertz charges by calendar day.” Spent over 40 minutes on the phone to get my stolen money back.
