Poor customer service hates his job don’t recommend unless you want to hear about it the whole time rude from the start as my first time not a great experience do him a favor and if you’re thinking of going here just do yourself a favor go down the road to enterprise

This is the second Hertz location I've rented from in the past year, and it was nothing but a headache. There was no employee present when I initially went to pick up my vehicle at 2pm. We looked all over, and decided to leave for dinner. When we returned, she was there and it really seemed that our experience would be really positive. Very helpful and responsive employees. Friendly attitude. Cars available are ok. When I showed concern about the KIA they promptly offered to change the car, but I kept it because it was easier. I always rent from them when I'm in the area.

Absolutely terrible service. Manny was extremely unprofessional and screamed at me on the phone while trying to settle payment. I was setup to rent by the company repairing my car after a collision. I provided a card to begin the service, but the other party involved in the collision had called Manny to switch to their credit card to which Manny flew off the handle at them as well.
