Please listen to all the negative reviews on here they're real. It happened to me, only worse. I called ahead to confirm I was picking up my car which they said they didn't have but would upgrade me to a bigger car for no charge and I agreed. I was the sucker. I showed up and there was a sign saying they'd be back but no time given. I rented the truck for 12 days, returned it a day early get charged for 14 please make this make sense....
I reserved an SUV for our recent trip because I needed to transport several luggage for our flight. When I was picking up my reserved vehicle, there was no such vehicle available. The attendant seemed disinterested in offering me another vehicle. I don’t understand that the Hertz App let me choose the vehicle that I need and yet said vehicle is not available on the day of pickup. This is totally unacceptable. I have never Hertz this low.
