I reserved an SUV for our recent trip because I needed to transport several luggage for our flight. When I was picking up my reserved vehicle, there was no such vehicle available. The attendant seemed disinterested in offering me another vehicle. I don’t understand that the Hertz App let me choose the vehicle that I need and yet said vehicle is not available on the day of pickup. This is totally unacceptable. I have never Hertz this low. Customer service is less than what is expected from a company providing customer services
My husband was supposed to get a rental vehicle from Hertz in Hanford ca on Saturday and Diamond never showed up to give him a rental car she didn't even call or text hi at all to let him know any thing about a car. Not the best way to handle business it would probably be wise to get rid of Diamond at the Hanford ca location if you would like 5 star ratings for Hertz Rental Cars.
Never have an issue. Everyone’s friendly and helpful.
