This will be my second time getting a rental. Both times, I reserved on line. Every thing was smooth. Staff was very friendly and provided excellent customers service. Both cars I received were cleaned and filled up with full tanks of gas. Would defiantly rent again from here. Thank you all for smooth easy transactions.

Lo único k no me gusto es k ya había ido a ver el carro y todo estaba listo no me dijeron que cuando lo fuera a recoger iva a necesitar tarjeta de credito.. y el k reservas en línea no asegura k sea el mismo k te van a entregar

This office is nice and clean. The workers are really nice and friendly. However the location seems to have gotten worse over the years.

Absolutely the worst experience ever, I paid $20 to Uber there to pick up my reserved car. I gave the lady my Wells Fargo Visa debit card and she said she does not take that so I gave her my MasterCard and she would not take that either because it said Bob instead of Robert as we all know Bob is short for Robert. I’m now stuck there. I have to Uber back home To grab my American Express card. I call and Asked her to run my card to make sure there are no issues because I wanted to Uber back to pick up my car and didn’t want an... read more

I think the people that work there are fast and friendly. But the last 2 times I have rented a car there, the cars have been very dirty on the inside. The first time, the car has animal hair/dirt and just gross, I was able to wait a hour to have it cleaned before I took possession of it. This second time around, I was in a hurry to get back to work and didn't really notice all the crumbs all over the front console/in the sides of the doors/old spill stains just gross.
