My husband was supposed to get a rental vehicle from Hertz in Hanford ca on Saturday and Diamond never showed up to give him a rental car she didn't even call or text hi at all to let him know any thing about a car. Not the best way to handle business it would probably be wise to get rid of Diamond at the Hanford ca location if you would like 5 star ratings for Hertz Rental Cars.

This will be my second time getting a rental. Both times, I reserved on line. Every thing was smooth. Staff was very friendly and provided excellent customers service. Both cars I received were cleaned and filled up with full tanks of gas. Would defiantly rent again from here. Thank you all for smooth easy transactions.
