Great experience! Got in to BHB after a 2 hr delay with the ability to update my arrival time on the app. Super friendly customer service and easy process. Got an unexpected upgrade for my birthday to top it all off.
I have been renting from Hertz of Bangor and Bar Harbor for decades . Seeing friendly faces such as Marie in Hancock Airport for the last 30yrs makes the experience special! Small problem with Bangor pick up due to Hertz computers but staff stepped it up and made my rental great. Again. Thank you DrB

The rental was easy and the personnel great! The return was exceptional and the agent assisted me with my need. I can't enough about the great experience I had renting my car at Trenton airport, ME
Very bad experience with Hertz. They first charged me for fuel when I explicitly told I would refill the tank myself and the lady at the counter marked it full. Like, seriously?? They eventually returned the money. However, they charged me a second time for my rental although I had prepaid it. They say they would return the money but it's been about 3 weeks and nothing.
