Had a rental reservation set up for today at 9am through my insurance. Started out rough because when I tried to call and confirm my reservation, the phone number online sent me to the Orchard Park Location. Once I arrived at the dealership at 9am when my appointment was scheduled, I was told that the Hertz employee bounces back between two different Hamburg Locations and would be back in 15 minutes. No available cars. My insurance set up my booking through them. It's a blizzard and dude tried to get me to rent a mustang coupe from them. Couldn't tell me any other locations inventory or when they'd have more in, etc. How do you not know when your autos are being returned and are available

We rented from hertz came in and told them I had a problem with the vehicle I was driving they were so kind and swapped the car with something different they are so great most of all cold as it was Robert was great thanks

Used while my car was getting fixed. They made everything easy and I loved my Black Toyota Camry rental. Robert was nice and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Would definitely use this rental service again.
