Terrible service on the day of our rental. No gas were available (we had prebooked) and had to wait 2+hours. The agent was rude.
There’s not much point renting the car ahead of time. Here I sit at 2:05 p.m. waiting for a car to be returned so I can use it. I pre booked and paid for a car to be ready at 12:30 p.m. Extremely poor service. I won’t be back here.
