Completely satisfied and cleaned
Super efficient top tier service. From check in to driving off was only about 10 minutes. I received a brand new car. Check took only 5 minutes. This is how car renting should be.
They don’t answer the phones
Terrible experience.The «managers special» leads the customer to believe they are valued, when in fact it was a way of giving the customer whatever is left over (not practical), forcing the customer to pay more at the time of pick up.
Be careful at this Company! We got scammed! We asked and paid for full coverage we never had At the end.. they found some «spot» on the car.. even thought we didn’t really drive it and it stayed in a garage the whole weekend! The made us sign document asking for saying we did something on the car (we never had the choice to sign even thought we were arguing) And now they sent an email with way much more pictures that we never even saw! They never mentioned anything Be careful REAL SCAMMERS!!! Do not rent with them!
