Be careful, this location seems to be running a scam/hustle. You have to inspect your car in a super dark garage and when you return it they will find some tiny, microscopic chip on the windshield and charge you a flat $440. I have no idea if the chip was there when I picked up the car (I could barely see it when they showed it to me when I returned it), but they will charge you for basic wear and tear on a car. Waited for like 30mins to get the car. We rented a hyundai sonata here but got upgraded to a chevy trailblazer. Car was new, clean and comfortable to drive. Return was also easy but I hope they put more lights over the garage for better inspection of car because it's dark. Great experience overall!
Inspection on return found damage and attempted repair under the car. I did not look under the car on pick so was blamed for the damage. Had insurance but didn’t appreciate the blame.
I BOOKED THROUGH CAA MY TRAVEL PARTNER WAS PAYING FOR THIS RENTAL THEY WOULD NOT USE HIS CARD BECAUSE I BOOKED IT AND WE MIGHT SCAM THEM! WE WERE BOTH PRESENT. NEVER HAPPENRD BEFORE.
