TL;DR: avoid this rental car agency at all costs. Their customer service and rental management systems are severely lacking I booked an SUV from this Hertz location 7 weeks before my reservation. The week before, I called Hertz to update the pick up date to a day earlier. This was confirmed by Hertz corporate. I then called the Hailey Airport desk to confirm the updated reservation, which they confirmed. I got multiple texts and emails saying my reservation was confirmed. I rented a compact car and all they had at the time was a larger vehicle. When the gentleman checked me out he changed the whole reservation to premium rate. I picked up the car Sunday am and talked to Noah who was helpful with my situation. He was able to adjust the 2nd driver fee, the rate I booked at, but he couldn't help me with the limited miles as my reservation should of been unlimited miles. EDIT. My first review was an emotional one. Things have been stressful but some of the parts of this are out of my control. This location has tried their best and regardless how I feel about it, their best effort needs to be recognized.
