Was told that it would be cheaper to let them refill the tank for me when it literally tripled the cost of what I would have paid if I just did it myself. Don't lie to your customers cause that's how you just lost one.

Warning…. I see others had the same problem. They said I “damaged” the car with some scratched front bumper that was already there nothing major! Then got my bill nothing was said and 2/3weeka later I get a note saying I OWE $2800?! Trying to make me pay for someone else’s mistake. Won’t be renting from that Hertz anymore. I am constantly renting cars monthly this was a first! WAY more damage on most cars I rent!

Make sure you take a video of your car before and after renting, and insist on an inspection with the agent at drop-off! This will come in handy if they try to make a bogus damage claim against you. Rented a car from this location. After a smooth return process, I thought we were done. However, 6 weeks later, I received a letter from “PurCo Fleet Services” claiming that we had left the car with “large dents,” along with a bill for $3,500 for a full hood replacement! Open late and offers after hours returns. This is my preferred car rental spot in the SV area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Good prices!

They were very accommodating today and helped my family and I get out of a difficult situation. They were also very kind throughout the process. Thanks for the help, we made it home safe.
