EDIT. My first review was an emotional one. Things have been stressful but some of the parts of this are out of my control. This location has tried their best and regardless how I feel about it, their best effort needs to be recognized.

I meant to leave a review a long while ago. Hertz @ Hailey airport is our go to! Juana, customer representative, has always been so consistent and a pleasure to work with. We love working with her! She is dependable, informative, and attentive to our travel needs every time. We will continue using Hertz for its amazing excellent customer service. Thank you, Juana! Unfortunately, this was the worst and most outrageous experience we’ve ever had with a car rental company. After a breakdown with our RV, we’ve been stranded in Hailey for three days with no replacement offered. So we booked a Ford Explorer (or similar) through Uber Rental at Hertz — the booking was confirmed. On site, everything was ready: we had handed over our driver’s license and credit card, and were about to finalize the insurance. This was the best rental car experience EVER. So easy and the service was friendly and competent (so rare these days). They really made the entire process pleasant and frictionless. I’ll always use Hertz now going forward. I feel badly I don’t remember the woman’s name who helped us — especially considering she remembered my name when I arrived today.

Was told that it would be cheaper to let them refill the tank for me when it literally tripled the cost of what I would have paid if I just did it myself. Don't lie to your customers cause that's how you just lost one.
