I needed a rental for a few weeks while my car was in the shop, I reserved a mid-size SUV on Expedia but when I got to the location, there weren't any available so I was offered a hatchback mini-SUV which worked just fine. I ended up saving some money on the rental itself and it was great on gas so another win. The two gentlemen who helped me were friendly and professional. The pickup and drop-off process was super smooth and quick. I would rent from this location again in the future.
Great service in timely manners. Rented one day to fix my car at the shop. Car was clean. Return was easy, just handed over keys.

0 customer service. Have posted available vehicles on expedia, when i arrived there he is saying we dont control what expedia does and cant give my money back.
Horrible experience, after making a reservation they did not have the vehicle for me or any other vehicle they completely disregard my needs, and didn't even try to accommodate me to another vehicle terrible staff with terrible attitude, all they wanted to do was to be on their phones watching, videos and listening to music like they weren't at work very unprofessional terrible experience will never recommend will never go back.
