The experience was pleasant when taking payment; however, there was a dramatic shift in attitude when my refund was due. Communication became difficult, and I was met with a completely different tone and level of professionalism. Staff were friendly, collecting the car was a very smooth process. The car is in great condition and they gave me a free upgrade as the car I originally booked was unavailable. Over all really happy with their service

The rude miserable lady on today at 2pm in Gympie office. Was very unhelpful with an online booking and proceeded to try and charge extra charge that was NOT in the online booking agreement. Do not suggest using Gympie Hertz.

Staff not entirely helpful. Made the hire process unnecessarily harder than it needed be. One front counter staff member was simply obstructive for no good reason.
