We were very pleased with the service provided by Hertz. Shontelle went above and beyond to assist us with car hire. Nothing was too difficult. We had a great experience and highly recommend Hertz at Gympie.

The experience was pleasant when taking payment; however, there was a dramatic shift in attitude when my refund was due. Communication became difficult, and I was met with a completely different tone and level of professionalism. Chontelle displayed a dismissive and unprofessional approach, even calling me “Hon” when I questioned charges that were never mentioned at the time of booking. Staff were friendly, collecting the car was a very smooth process. The car is in great condition and they gave me a free upgrade as the car I originally booked was unavailable. Over all really happy with their service

The rude miserable lady on today at 2pm in Gympie office. Was very unhelpful with an online booking and proceeded to try and charge extra charge that was NOT in the online booking agreement. Do not suggest using Gympie Hertz.
