Worst rental car experience of my life. Richard and Sharron were so rude that I was forced to cancel upon arrival. I was taken back by the overall lack of customer service and the aggressive nature of their actions towards myself and the people I was traveling with. Do yourself a favor and go see Daphne at Avis. She understands the importance of customer service and herself and her team will make sure you not only get your vehicle but you are happy about it!

Family owned and operated, top notch personalized service! Additionally they stay open if your plane arrives late and you have a reservation! (please note- not all other car rental agencies stay open after 9:00 p. Don't get stuck.)

They denied me my rental I set up online because it was snowing and I was a local I will never use a hertz rental service again

made reservations a week ago, company called us when we were on our way to pick up our car and they told us no cars were available and we had no way to contact anyone else. completely unreliable and unhelpful. wouldn’t recommend. Sharon Dunn was the one who we spoke with and she lied and said she had been trying to contact us since the night before to inform us but then stated that they found out this morning that no cars were available. Shady.
