No one will answer the phone!
I highly recommend avoiding Hertz car rental! I made a reservation so my vehicle could get repaired. When booking the reservation there was an option to be picked up. So I planned to be picked up from the vehicle repair shop in the morning. When the scheduled time had passed for them to pick me up, I called only to find out they don’t offer pick up service (even though you can schedule it on their website) and they didn’t even have a vehicle for me to rent!! My flight was delayed by the airline so we weren’t going to get in until the following day. Could I modify my reservation online? No. As a matter of fact they said there were no available cars on the day I arrive. Did anyone answer the 30 times I called during their posted business hours? No. So how exactly do I contact someone to make sure my reserved and paid for car will be waiting for me? What kind of business does this?
