I dont understand what is the point of having a phone number when nobody is going to answer the phone i been literally calling for over half an hour andnit just rings sounds busy then hangs up UNBELIEVABLE!
The never answer their phone and cost me A LOT of time and money forcing my to drive 8 hours away from the family I’m assisting just to get the SAME CAR for a higher price.. I sat there and watched them let the phone ring when I arrived. A lot couldn’t been avoided if they’d just answered the phone. I’ve been in the red ever since
Online rental process was easy and straight forward. The car was ready to go when we picked it up, everything was a smooth process. The return was also hassle free and easy. I had to extend my booking and was able to get it done quickly through a phone call. The lady was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue using this location for all our future car rentals.
My stepmother, sister, and I went in to add my sister and me as drivers on the rental car. Annie greeted us with a big smile and quickly helped us and when she heard what we needed to do, asked if we were triple AAA members. We are and therefore had no charge to add additional drivers! We weren’t aware of the discount and were very grateful that she made us aware of it. Annie even went out of her way to ask about our trip and to say hello to my father, who was sitting in the car.
