It was very fast and easy the employee was extremely polite and extremely helpful and extremely efficient, the car was perfect!!
The lady’s tone was abrasive, they close at noon can’t take debit cards without a 24 hour notice which came across a little prejudice, strict adherence to policy is great for everyone who’s not a customer so points for that I guess don’t fire her, she tried to bully be into buying the insurance, spoke like she owned the place but offered no solution, or advice or even positive attitude for the problem I was having with renting. Really wish there were cars available at my first choice. The entire experience was awful
Horrible experience rented a car there as part of an insurance claim the manager refused to give me the vehicle that I rented put me into a vehicle that was significantly smaller than when I had reserved just to find it full of rotting yogurt, rotting salad, salads food in the doors. The vehicle is absolutely filthy when I called up and demanded a replacement vehicle. She told me no and hung up on me. How this manager can still be have a job is beyond me. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Made this a stress free experience.
Was able to get an Uber vehicle from them but not much else. My only request was for a bigger fuel efficient vehicle. I'm almost never able to get an answer via phone. My text of a simple question "do you have anything available" don't go answered. I think the staff believe I work for them, but I pay $426 a week that says otherwise.
