The car was fine. The pick-up process was smooth. My daughter joined the trip partway through and adding her as an additional driver for $25/day plus fees was easy. However, when she returned home sooner than anticipated I attempted to make an adjustment to the additional driver coverage dates on the updated rental contract and got a major run around. Was able to reserve a car through them to pick up. Arrived at the Hertz to be told that they don't have a rentable car they can provide us.
Do not reserve a car here. Showed up at 445pm to pickup my 5pm reservation, the office was closed already. Ended up canceling the reservation and driving to Groton airport and renting from a different agency.
