My stepmother, sister, and I went in to add my sister and me as drivers on the rental car. Annie greeted us with a big smile and quickly helped us and when she heard what we needed to do, asked if we were triple AAA members. We are and therefore had no charge to add additional drivers! Great car I got
Terrible experience with Hertz. Non-existent customer service. My can had a dangerous fault on the highway -- the cruise control failed at 60 mph. If I hadn't been quick to act, it would have led to a terrible crash. I have been unable to report the dangerous condition of the car because the return location was closed, and the customer service options do not provide any way to report the problem. You have a gem at Groton CT I have used this rental for years because of the age there...she is so pleasant and accomadating..... I'm elderly and she always pairs me with a vehicle I can drive...my husband I have to travel to the VA hospital in west haven often...have recommended this one in Groton to may people because of her.....that's the manager there love her
