I rented here about 3 times in the past few months and the service was great, would definitely come back to rent again
they overcharged at the end poor explanation on how the contract works. worst rental company of my life
Worst customer service called them and the person helping was upset because I was constantly asking questions
Not very flexible I came in and left because I felt racially attacked by the front desk person. Never seen a company so unprofessional
Don't go to this location! I rent from Milwaukie all the time but had to come here and was a terrible experience! The person at the front (Amber) is the worst! I had my reservation for 9 am and was there until 10:15, finally got my truck. She kept telling me all these crazy rules I've never heard of (again I rent from Milwaukie all the time). Then when I returned, I was not quite an hour late and they charge me! After me having to wait more then an hour to get the truck. DONT GO HERE! make the drive to a different location
