Aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen war ich etwas aufgeregt, da wir bereits vor einem Jahr für diese Station buchten. Ich habe aber eine gute Erfahrung mit Hertz in der Morten St gemacht. Wir kamen etwas zu früh, um unseren Wagen abzuholen, der noch nicht vor Ort war. Man bemühte sich, den Wagen schneller für uns verfügbar zu machen. Wir bekamen genau das, was wir gebucht hatte, es war ein 2025er Baujahr und hatte nur 5000 Meilen gefahren. Bei der Rückgabe lief auch alles gut. Worst receptionist ever! Very rude woman
It SHOCKS me that this location has not been shut down yet. Similar to previous posts here we were also scammed. When we arrived to pick up our car at the reserved time, we were ALSO told "no regular cars were available. Our options were to wait 2-3 hours or take an electric car" so apparently this is a scam scheme they have been running on every customer with a reservation. The staff here are MISERABLE. Hertz doesn't care, even after you fill out their extensive survey, there was no follow up, no accountability. Cheats, lia... read more
The clerk was rude and provided terrible customer service My reservation was for 5:30 pm the location closed at 3pm the clerk would not help me find another option She said she had no manager or no one to call I now have to wait a whole day to get a rental
