Hello, When picking up our vehicle on July 2025, the office and phones were incredibly busy. Nathan Settles (Manager) was by himself and handling 5 customer along phone calls professionally. Nathan did an excellent job of patiently waiting on each customer. He took time to explain all aspects of the rental. He found us reliable car on reasonable price. Huge thanks to Nathan. When picking up our vehicle on 7/9, the office and phones were incredibly busy - with many scheduled for a 3:00 pm pickup. Yet Nate (Nathan) did an incredible job of patiently waiting on each customer. He took time to explain all aspects of the rental, which was especially valuable to us as it was our first time renting an EV. Huge heartfelt thanks to Nate.

The sales rep Nathan was amazing! The vehicle I was put in was great and met expectations, but the fact I got charged $150 because there was dirt in the floor board is beyond crazy. The vehicle was not checked in until after I left. I was told everything was good and them bamm $150 charge. Called and was told "Dirt is hard to clean". NEVER have I ever had this problem with another company. I would understand if it was excessive dirt but it was not. Will not be renting from here ever again.
