Pre-paid gold member. Days before and the day of rental…received texts to remind me of rental day. Get there and no cars. Guy working had no answers. Pretty much said get lost.
Had a reservation for 8:30. The one dude checking people in took 40 MINUTES with one customer. She wasn't the problem. He was trying to upsell everything (pre-paid gas, insurance) and even had her call her husband to get their insurance details (really wanted that upsell commission). Unethical but you do you, just not when there are 6 other people waiting for their cars. I walked out at 9:10 after 40 minutes to get a "you can't cancel after pick-up time." To whoever owns this parking lot- how pathetic do you have to be to TOW anyone and everyone who parks here? My husband and I were parked for 30 minutes tops and came back to no car. Call to see about getting our car back and the scammers of Gotcha Towing want $427 in CASH. What kind of person could be that miserable to do that to good hardworking people? Sure hope you enjoy your cut. Have the day you deserve!
Overall poor experience with everything from customer service to the vehicles.
