Had a reservation this morning. Had to pay for an Uber here because my car is in the shop and upon arrival I was told that even though I had a reservation ,they had no vehicle for me. Very inconvenient. Had to take another Uber to Enterprise where they had plenty of cars for me. Never coming here again. Guy was not apologetic at all.

I booked here and took an uber across town, TRIED CALLING and they answered and didn’t say anything, just to get here and they tell me they have no cars. Now I have to pay for ANOTHER UBER. Talk about going from the managers special to out of pocket on the other end!! You better go ahead and book somewhere else.

I would never rent a car from hertz ever again. The car I received was not the car that I asked for. I was told it was about the same car that I ask for online. Next time I rent a car I will have to see it first. I had a 10 hour drive that was uncomfortable. Than I had to drive back 10 hours. Here is a picture of me in the front seat. I had to turn sideways to buckle the seat buildup.

I received the car in a very dirty condition—both inside and out. The rear seats cannot be moved to make room for luggage, which made it difficult for us to get settled; furthermore, the car model was not as new as the ones I typically rent from other places.
