We had first Class service with a smile. No problems, just a little wait that's all. An excellent rental SUV.
This location did not provide a suitable reason for not having the vehicle class I requested. The excuse was "Customer service does not check with us to see what we have." If you don't have it, don't advertise it. AND, the SAME vehicle class I wanted was on the lot but I was told someone had reserved it. So I have a reservation at 8am but you're holding a vehicle for a customer coming at 10am. I'm there first but have to settle for less than my request, and you previously said it would be there. This has to be the worst rental car place ever. I booked a car online. I get there and the rep Ashley says they don't have anything in stock. I received a confirmation email with a confirmation number. She stated the website doesn't keep up with their inventory. All the technology available today and they can't figure it out. Made a 15 passenger van reservation 2 months ago for July 1 - 6 2026 seen it the van parked on the side of the building, I went on June 29 to pay for it and the young lady that was there said we couldn't pay for it until Wednesday the 1st, now the same van that we seen two months ago was still park in that same parking spot that Monday, now two days later ( wed ) we go back and they tell us they don't have our rental and that they was trying to call us but there was no number on file to contact us the morning of our pickup, ... read more
