Extremely poor experience due to long wait times. On a busy Saturday afternoon, there was only one employee handling everything — from helping customers at the counter to moving cars from the lot. She was doing her best, but the lack of staffing was unacceptable. We waited over 70 minutes in line, plus another 10 minutes just to receive the car we had already reserved and paid for in advance.
