Dimitri Dimitri - wonderful customer care! Had a weird experience with parking etc but his energy was just what I needed to say 5 stars!
Be aware, staff is not very helpful and will up charge you considerably if your reserved car is unavailable which is a common issue at this location. I was uncharted an additional $17 or $25 per day or told them I would have too cancel because nothing else available. I ended up chosing the $17 upcharge but beforehand I went into my Hertz app as a president circle member and first requested my free upgrade negate of this issue, to which I was laughed at, then showed them that I'm actually downgrading according to the daily ra... read more
I love how i plan my trips months ahead . But there was ALWAYS drama in the office and their rental Superiors/Managers . My husband arrives at 9am at They’re Great Neck location and of course no car we need to be in Washington DC from-exactly 1130 or 130 pm,either or you can make one of those I was signed up for the earlier one so I had to trade someone with another one.
