Fate and switch agency car not available because I was an hour late really? Cars is dirty as well. Staff is what you would expect. 360 degree opposite from Sixt. Who has great customer service & cars are clean.

This must be a franchise location. No staff. Staff that are there are useless. Lines out the door. Call them on hold for 1 hour and they keep saying they will be right back. This can’t be that hard. I mean let’s either have corporate locations only or let’s have China or another country that knows what a simple straightforward transaction should be with normal customer service. Another great company ruined

I love writing constructive criticism reviews for businesses as they are required and was certain by the rating of this location I would need to. However, this will not be that. The Great Neck Hertz location is a convenient location that provided me with a seamless transaction. I genuinely believe customer service can make even your worst days better and the team here delivered.
