The representatives at this location were disinterested and completely unenthusiastic. Explained nothing and simply went through the motions of their job. This probably isn’t the image that Hertz wants representing their operation.
It’s Hertz so you gotta naturally assume your reservation isn’t real, that’s why you might call ahead, but they do not answer phone calls. No branch will ever pick up a call, so it’s you, the website and the store not in communication with one another. Enterprise is sooooo amazing. They CALL YOU! They’ll pick you up for free, let you know what cars they do or do not have. Hertz just takes reservations, then you show up and they tell you to ef yourself.
Never have cars and they dont answer there phone
