Really bad services the day when I was supposed to pick up the car wasn’t available and they give another but the price was different my card doesn’t work cause the limited amount was more higher and lost a lot time doing that so they reduced the days and then told me add the others day on the app now the cost that I see at beginning it’s total different am trying to contact costumer service it’s really difficult speak we them. If you don’t want lost time and money go for somethin else
They rarely have the car you reserved and wouldn’t honor the early booking. I am a member of their President’s Circle and still got treated badly. This is one of the worst Hertz locations. NOT recommended.
A few days ago, I rented a car from Hertz. On the day of pickup, the weather was very bad. When I arrived by bus, I was told that my reserved car was not available due to a license plate issue. I had specifically rented a Tesla because it is easier for me to charge and use compared to other cars.
