Bad customer service. Called in because I had a standing reservation through insurance, which would have paid in full. They continuously said they would call if they had a vehicle but never did, and never tried to do anything more than that. The lady told me to stop being rude when all I tried to do was explain the situation and how we needed to get our only car fixed. She refused to listen to anything I had to say. Will never use any Hertz due to this experience.
Colin was amazing he was able to get me into a vehicle that fit my needs! His customer service is phenomenal!
