The service was excellent and the choice and quality of the vehicles were above my expectations.
Had to use a hire car as my vehicle had been rear ended. Hertz Grafton was where my insurance company organised my rental, the staff are extremely rude and the first car they gave me had issues with the lights turning on and off, they exchanged the car for another one, which was dirty inside and outside on return of this car it was washed and cleaned and was cleaner than when it was given to me, the car was fuelled up on return and then they say they had to put over $20 worth of fuel in the car and then they said they’ve cha... read more
