Very kind and amazing service by James who was very Professional and helpful.
James went over and above when our rental from Melbourne quit in Goulburn. Roadside assistance failed to produce satisfactory results. Alternatively we contacted James at the Goulburn Hertz. He swapped vehicles and got us on our way while patiently navigating administrative wrinkles. We need more people like him. Give him a raise and a new car.
Our car broken down in Goulburn while driving from Sydney to Melbourne. The Hertz team (James) was able to quickly find us a car with towing capability, coordinated with the insurance company and was extremely kind and accommodating. Great service, highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing couldn’t fault them. Rang the afternoon before to see if the had a Pantech truck for a 24 hour hire with very little notice they were able to accommodate for the needs. On arrival the transaction was easy and the pantech was very clean inside and out well maintained. Unlike other places you have to pay for a Removalist trolly not with this company. I honestly recommend this company 1000% without hesitation and i definitely will be returning when needed
