Horrible the lady lied to us. She told us we had to purchase separate insurance when we are already covered. The employees are incentivsied to sell insurance. This happened on March 2nd 2026 at about 10am in the morning
I will never rent for from Hertz again. I'm Gold member. Me and my wife were both treated like trash. The staff office are rude from the manager downward. I asked to speak with a regional manager and was told it's against company policy to give out any information regarding who they are. Was charged for additional driver which is my wife who's also a gold member. This location in Goodyear do yourself a favor. There's an Enterprise Rent-A-Car a block down the street. Better service. Better vehicles and better customer service... read more
