Why would you move your rental car company 21 miles away from the town you advertise? They refer to this location as Goldsboro but after you pay for the car you find out it is in La Grange. Address had GPS take us to Foss Auto Salvage and no one would answer the phone and there was no way to leave a message for a callback and no signs you could see from the highway. The Hertz Rental Car agency is located in Deacon Jones of LaGrange auto dealership. This is almost a SCAM!!! We rented a van for our family to go on vacation thru Jessica. The day before the trip we called to confirm pick up time. To our astonishment there was no reservations under our name. The confirmation number that was given to us was also fake. This family trip had been planned weeks in advance, deposits paid and the day before there is no transportation. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.

Hertz is a scam company. Rented a vehicle, brought it back flawless, 2hrs later I got an email asking me to fill out my info & sign a blank damage report form, and “they’d fill out the rest” (so they can just drive it off a cliff, fill out the form and then I’ve now signed saying I caused the damage essentially). Total scam. Location that rented me the car has been screening my calls for 2 weeks now. Can someone from this specific location give me a call you moved locations and no one seems to know the address and I’m now two days past my rental and Hertz customer servicekeeps trying to tell me they’re gonna charge me for all these extra things and trying to get me to drive the car an hour and a half away and Uber home, which would cost double the cost of this rental. I just need the address of the new location.
