Disgustingly rude customer service. Accused me of wanting to transport drugs. Third party booking app provided no info on ID requirements. The address and documents provided were mine and transparent and are my current residence. The manager and staff used my partner's living situation (who was not renting or driving) as an excuse to refuse me service. AVOID AVOID AVOID
We hired the car on 28th January 2026 around 8pm from Gold Coast Airport terminal and the customer service lady Katherine was awesome. She was very polite and helpful. She was super fast in sorting out a rental car for us. Kia Sportage was a great car. Katherine should get employee recognition for the great service she provided us. Steer clear of this place at all costs. Absolute rip off artists and a $5000 excess charge regardless of fault if you have an accident.
