Der Wagen war gut, jedoch war der Kundenservice meiner Meinung nach sehr schwach… Wir hatten Online gebucht als wir am Schalter ankamen sagte die Dame ja das dauert einbischen wir sollen in einer Halben Stunde wieder kommen. Wir meinten sie soll doch prüfen ob die Buchung nicht doch schon sichvar ist, natürlich war sie das dann auch. Danach hiess es unser Wagen ist noch nicht da wir können entweder mehr bezahlen oder warten. Right when we were about to pick the car that was pre booked and pre paid for, they call to inform that the car not available. The pick-up time was 10am and they called at 10:10am. Being at an airport location, we expect a better experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I booked a car on their website and they denied that it was them and charged me an extra five hundred dollars after I spent the same on a website they gave me. Such a scam, they added on by trying to snatch my own phone in anger. Definitely do not recommend get another car rental not these dishonest thief’s!!

Disgustingly rude customer service. Accused me of wanting to transport drugs. Third party booking app provided no info on ID requirements. The address and documents provided were mine and transparent and are my current residence. The manager and staff used my partner's living situation (who was not renting or driving) as an excuse to refuse me service. AVOID AVOID AVOID
