Excellent experience from the 2 employees i met at the hertz facility
I want to begin by saying that the manager I dealt with was professional, responsive, and did a great job addressing my concerns when I asked to speak with him directly. I truly appreciate his effort and approach. That said, I do feel it’s important to note that one of the associates I interacted with was curt and dismissive. I reserved a car. Received 2 emails confirming my reservation. Waited 30 min for the next available rep. Lady with the red hair just says "I dont have that car" and just continues to stare at me with a blank expression. She says absolutely nothing else. It was a laughable experience. Please dont come here. You're just going to leave frustrated
So unprofessional! We reserved a 7 seater for this morning and when we got there our vehicle wasn’t available! There was another guy that also had reserved and his car wasn’t available either. Unacceptable!!
