Reserved an SUV and they had no cars when I went and ruined my entire trip. Staff was rude and unhelpful.
Bait and switch. We ordered one type of vehicle which was confirmed then when it was time to get the car they tried to force us to a more expensive vehicle. Assistant manager was needlessly rude and she was dismissive of our legitimate concerns. We had to ride share home with no rental. Could not be more disappointed.
I rented a car here and everything was fine.The customer service was great up until I returned the car. I left a very expensive sun visor in the car. I called the next day, as soon as I realized I had left it in there. I left several messages and spoke to the manager, Juanzelle, who was going to get back to me and never did. I paid in advance for a car, and when I arrived they said they didn't have any cars for me. I made the reservation early in the morning, and they had all day to contact me to tell me that they didn't have the car I paid for (my pickup time was schedueld for the late afternoon). I can't tell if this is a ploy charge more for bigger cars or what, but it was a complete waste of my time, and very unprofessional.
