The Hertz auto rental can’t be trusted, don’t trust this company, the story behind is this: On 01/02/2024 I reserved a cargo van for 01/25/2024 to 02/02/2024 and they ask me, if I pay now the amount online I will get the discounted price and I paid online and hope I will be e a van for 8 days for doing my business, a week before I got a email and and asks for check in and I thought I have to go to that location and do that, I went and the manager of that location told me I can’t tel you if it will be available or not right n... read more
Seriously the best experience every time. Everyone that works here is an absolute gem. I’m so stoked that they are close to me to be able to rent cars from.
Been renting from Hertz for years,but never again. Customer service is terrible. Reserved a car 5 weeks in advance and when I arrived,no car available. They tried to get me to take an EV,but that didn't work for my driving distance and time. The only two gas vehicles they had available were large, but they would charge me more for them. I left and went to Avis up the street and got a nice Jeep truck for less than the price of Hertz. Customer service was great too. Get your act together Hertz!
Update - My previous review was for the wrong Hertz. It was meant for the Hertz in Atlanta. This Hertz IS 5 star and provided prompt service and was friendly. My bad.
