I upgraded to the Chevrolet Malibu it was a good experience. Great customer service when I came in. They took care of me right away. I just want to say thank you. I had a great time on my trip .
Not only that I have one of the best corporate rates which gives me immediate gold membership and 15% discount but also am a holder of the AMEX Platinum card and the treatment I got was nothing less than absolute trash which made me just walk away with no hesitation. Just a few notes; 1- she said there is no such thing as free rental upgrade and if you want to have a chance of getting an upgrade you should book days in advance. 2- she had no idea what the platinum card is and she said that I needed to buy insurance from them... read more

Gave me a $100 more expensive care than I had reserved.
Solo estaba una persona en la oficina atendiendo, ella fue amable con nosotros pero tardó un rato para poder atendernos. Lo que la compañía Hertz no respeto fue mi reservación, porque no tenían el automóvil y mucho menos el precio por el cuál se había reservado. Así que me ví en la necesidad de escoger otro vehículo y porsupuesto con un presio más elevado al de mi reservación original.
