I reserved a car. Received 2 emails confirming my reservation. Waited 30 min for the next available rep. Lady with the red hair just says "I dont have that car" and just continues to stare at me with a blank expression. She says absolutely nothing else. It was a laughable experience. Please dont come here. You're just going to leave frustrated

So unprofessional! We reserved a 7 seater for this morning and when we got there our vehicle wasn’t available! There was another guy that also had reserved and his car wasn’t available either. Unacceptable!!

If you’re looking for customer service this isn’t the place. Be prepared to be turned away even though you had reservations without any assistance. Had a 5:00 PM reservation for a 7-seater. Received a voicemail at 4:52 PM while driving, informing me it was unavailable. Arrived at 4:48 PM and was told to call the 800 number for assistance with transferring to Burbank Airport—no help was provided on-site. Corporate stated the transfer wasn’t possible. I had a reservation with them in Glendale and tried calling them over 20 times with no answer. When someone finally picked up, the representative was extremely rude and unhelpful. It felt like they had no interest in assisting customers at all. This kind of service is unacceptable especially when people rely on rental cars for important plans. I do not recommend this location. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
